We offer translation services that conform to the European Standard EN 15038 (DIN CERTCO Reg. no.: 7U321).

We take the following steps to ensure the quality of our translations:

All work is documented and archived.

The best translator for a particular job is carefully selected in accordance with the following criteria:

Native-speaker competence. Our translators translate only into their native language.

Appropriate knowledge and experience in the relevant subject area.

All translators and interpreters have a third-level qualification in translation and/or interpreting in Germany or the target language country and are engaged full-time as translators and/or interpreters.

Certified translations are undertaken by sworn and/or authorised translators who have been publicly appointed for their language(s).

Language skills.

Technology used (may include CAT tools, special file formats).

Before work starts the text or project material is checked for possible queries or problems which may need to be clarified with the client at the outset.

Questions are clarified and any changes which are made in the course of the translation are incorporated into the final version.

Translations are checked in accordance with DIN 2345 for:
Accuracy of content and terminology
orthography, grammar and style.
