We take the fol­low­ing steps to ensure the qual­i­ty of our translations:

The best trans­la­tor for a par­tic­u­lar job is care­ful­ly select­ed in accor­dance with the fol­low­ing criteria: 

Native-speak­er com­pe­tence. Our trans­la­tors trans­late only into their native language. 

Appro­pri­ate knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence in the rel­e­vant sub­ject area.

All trans­la­tors and inter­preters have a third-lev­el qual­i­fi­ca­tion in trans­la­tion and/or inter­pret­ing in Ger­many or the tar­get lan­guage coun­try and are engaged full-time as trans­la­tors and/or interpreters.

Cer­ti­fied trans­la­tions are under­tak­en by sworn and/or autho­rised trans­la­tors who have been pub­licly appoint­ed for their language(s).

Before work starts the text or project mate­r­i­al is checked for pos­si­ble queries or prob­lems which may need to be clar­i­fied with the client at the outset. 

Ques­tions are clar­i­fied and any changes which are made in the course of the trans­la­tion are incor­po­rat­ed into the final version.
